We had a great Christmas this year. As you can see, both of the kids loved Santa. I wasn't sure how James would react, but when he saw him, I had to hold him back until it was his turn. He was trying to tear away from me excitedly saying, "Santa! Santa!"
The Christmas tree was such a temptation. It didn't take long before the entire bottom half of our tree was "undecorated", but I guess we expected that. We decorated sugar cone trees this year instead of gingerbread houses. And our Christmas Elf on the Shelf "Jingles" joined our family this year. He was lots of fun and got into tons of mischief.
We got to spend Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in Utah with Grandma and Grandpa Monson and all the other Monson family members that were home for the holidays.
James was excited about his bus, trucks, and Mega Bloks. Rachel was pretty thrileed with the Furby that Santa brought her. She also got more Littlest Pet Shops and some other fun things.
Of course, the real fun began once all of the rest of the family made it home later on Christmas Day. The kids had a great time with their cousins and we had more good food than we could ever eat, lots of games, and great visit time. The only bad part was driving home on snowy roads. It was a wonderful Christmas!

Looks fun!!! I love that you have to put your elf up high too!! My kids wouldn't leave it alone if we put it in their reach! =)
